AFM-Raman
AFM-Raman is a correlated microscopy technique that combines high-resolution topography imaging and chemical characterization into a single platform.  Nanonics platforms provide integrated upright and inverted optical paths with SPM providing the ultimate in optical detection with surface topography. This seamless integration provides advanced features such as TERS operation on both conducting and non-conducting surfaces and the uses of water immersion objectives for liquid application of AFM Raman. Nanonics AFM Raman systems also provide advanced SPM measurements like MFM, EFM, SECM and Kelvin Probe. These techniques can be configured with single or MultiProbe systems only from Nanonics.

NSOM SPM
Near-field Scanning Optical Microscopy (NSOM or SNOM) is the ultimate technique for imaging and the manipulation of light below the diffraction limit.  NSOM is a critical tool in the areas of plasmonics, photonic waveguides, photovoltaic and photoconductivity.  Nanonics optical openness permits multiple illumination scenarios combined with SPM techniques. This unique capability provides the ultimate solution for the study of optical transport at the nanoscale. The development of the AFM allowed users to characterize a variety of techniques at the nanoscale. Once the user had the AFM results, they had to move to another instrument or rig up an imperfect setup on their AFM to get corresponding test measurements. This takes up considerable time, is not always successful, and increases your time to discovery and publication. Nanonics has developed a state-of-the-art system that provides multiple probes (MultiProbe) on a single system. The MultiProbe offers the ultimate flexibility with up to 4 probes centered on an optical path.  These probes are configurable and can be used for SPM scanning, electrical, thermal or optical measurements. Nanolithography/Fountain Pen
Nanonics novel scanning probe microscope tips and MultiProbe system enables unique applications for nanolithography or nano-fountain pen writing.  The MultiProbe system offers the flexibility of online imaging and chemical writing combined. High Vacuum Low Temperature MultiProbe AFM NSOM & Raman
The Nanonics CryoView MultiProbe (CryoView MP) is the ideal SPM platform for studying optical, electrical, thermal transport and dynamic processes at low temperature in a variety of applications including 2D materials such as graphene and hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN). The Cryoview is uniquely suited to conduct studies in dynamics, photoconductivity, electrical conductivity and other phenomena of such materials. By combining very stable and sensitive tip-sample interaction control through the tuning fork feedback mechanism with open access to multiple probes enabling integration of near-field, Raman and fluorescence experiments, the Cryoview MP system has opened new possibilities for research.
