Non-Contact/Tapping Probes NSG

Nanounity offers NSG series Non-contact/Semicontact/Tapping Mode AFM probes from NT-MDT. These probes have a wide range of frequencies, force constants and are designed to fit in all commercially made AFMs. The probes come with or without backside coatings on the cantilever.
