Shipment Methods
We ship all products via Federal Express based on customers desired method of shipment (ground or express). Shipment charges are added to the invoice or credit card order. Alternatively, customers can provides us with their own FedEx or UPS account number for purchases made over the phone or fax.
Product Returns
If the package has not been opened, we can take returns for up to 30 days beyond the ship date. If you feel a product is defective contact us at 650-735-5576 and ask to speak with someone about probe support. You can also email us at sales@nanounity.com.
How long will it take for me to receive my products? Orders are typically processed within 48 hours of an order being placed. Please then allow 5-7 business days after the order is processed for orders to arrive.
When will my order be shipped? Orders are usually shipped out within 48 hours of purchase (when payment clears) along with an e-mail notification verifying your order.
Can I have my order shipped to other countries? Give us a call at (650) 735-5576. Nanounity’s friendly sales staff will be more than happy to come up with a solution to any problem or concern that you might have regarding your order or our shipping policies.
Does Nanounity.com offer expedited shipping for faster delivery? We want to deliver the items you ordered as fast as possible so that you can collect great images and data. If you purchase products with a credit card, you will have several shipping options including express delivery.
